Privacy Policy

This application is operated by the Collegiate Robotic Football Conference (CRFC). It allows users to submit bug reports and feature requests to our GitHub repositories.

Information We Collect

When you sign in with Google, we request access to:

• Your email address
• Your basic profile information
• Your Google Workspace group membership (used only to determine repository access permissions)

We do not access your Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar, Contacts, Photos, or any other Google data.

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to:

• Authenticate your identity.
• Determine which repositories you are authorized to access.
• Associate submitted bug reports and feature requests with your email address.
• Prevent unauthorized issue submissions.

Storage of Information

OAuth access tokens are used only during the current session to verify your identity and permissions. We do not permanently store Google OAuth access tokens.

When you submit an issue, your email address is included in the GitHub issue for administrative purposes. Any text or images you voluntarily submit become part of the project's GitHub repository.

Third-Party Services

This application uses:

• Google OAuth 2.0 for authentication
• Google Cloud Identity API for access control
• GitHub to create and store submitted issues and uploaded images

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information except as required to provide the functionality of this application.

Your Choices

You may stop using the application at any time by signing out. You may also revoke this application's Google account access from your Google Account security settings.
